NH Physical Therapy Services

At PT Health Academy, I help busy people feel better so they can work & play more!

When you’re struggling with an injury, you don’t feel like yourself. Sometimes a task as simple as doing laundry or sitting at your desk brings you pain. Maybe your morning runs or weekly golf games have been put on hold. It’s easy to feel like you may never get back to the way things were before your injury. That’s where NH physical therapy services come in.

Whether you’re an athlete facing a potentially season-ending knee injury or simply want to be able to lift your grandchildren without pain, my NH physical therapy services are designed to start working quickly – and keep you feeling better long-term.

Get The Help You Need When You Need It

PT Health Academy offers the highest quality care and can get you started as quickly as possible. With in-office, telehealth and at-home appointments, I’m committed to making physical therapy accessible for everyone. When you choose PT Health Academy for your NH physical therapy needs, you’ll get access to:

Flexible Appointments

Tight schedule? No problem. Choose between in-office, telehealth and at-home physical therapy appointments to fit your life. Evening, weekend and next-day appointments are also available, because I know that when you’re in pain, there’s no time to waste.

No Referral Required

Getting a referral or insurance authorization for physical therapy can take weeks. At PT Health Academy, we’re proud to offer NH physical therapy without referral. That means you can call us the moment you need support and get help right away – no need to wait for an appointment with your PCP.

Accessible Prices For All

You can access the highest quality care without worrying about insurance coverage. And because you won’t rely on insurance authorization, you can get the care you truly need – not what your insurance company requires. For many patients, this means 1 hour-long visit per week instead of 2-3 weekly visits.

The Physical Therapy Process

As the owner and physical therapist at PT Health Academy, I’m committed to providing personalized care that helps you feel better as quickly as possible, so you can get back to doing what you love. And because I’m the only PT you’ll work with as a patient at PT Health Academy, you can be confident you’re getting the highest quality care that’s tailored to your unique needs.

1. Your First Session

We’ll start with a thorough evaluation and an explanation of our findings, so you can better understand what’s going on with your body. You’ll leave with self-management strategies that will help you make immediate improvement in your symptoms.

2. Personalized Care Plan

I’ll design a custom care plan based on your unique needs. My physical therapy treatment consists of education, exercise prescription & hands-on techniques including massage, joint mobilization and stretching.

3. Easy Access

With options for in-office, at-home or telehealth physical therapy, I can fit your busy schedule. Between appointments, you’ll have access to me through our patient portal so you can get your questions answered quickly.

4. Ongoing Support

We’ll work together for as long as you need, but our goal is to give you the knowledge and skills you need to stay active and pain-free. That means educating you on body mechanics, exercise and injury prevention – so you’re not relying on PT care long-term.
